I chose Herzing because it offered the fastest path toward completing my BSN. Their bridge program was excellent and allowed me to avoid repeating unnecessary coursework.

My first instructor, Carrie Johnson was an incredible person and resource during my time at Herzing. She supported and encouraged me even when I wasn’t in her class.

As an older student, keeping up with the demanding schedule was challenging, but I stayed positive by focusing on my health—eating well, exercising, and getting enough sleep.

After graduation, I plan to work in hospice care and may even pursue an RN Health Coach certification. My future is just getting started!
